Pankhudi Mumbai completed the batch distribution exercise today.
A Parents’ meet was organised where we discussed our plans for the year and our expectations (in terms of discipline and attendance) from them.
All parents were supportive and seemed happy about our choice of subjects – English and Maths.

Pankhudi Mumbai conducted BDT on Sunday, 20 June 2010 at Suman Nagar, Chembur.
Shahzad, Krunal, Aditi, Sachin, Samiksha, Uday, Aditya, Abhirup, Arunima, Sonali, Grishma and Mukta – all volunteered and made this event a grand success.

Pankhudi Mumbai conducted a two part survey in Suman Nagar area, Chembur on May 16th and 23rd.
The purpose of the initiative was to spread the word about Pankhudi’s classes and assess the educational/vocational needs of the target group.
The survey threw up some interesting pointers :

On the occasion of Republic day, we decided to spend the whole evening with the children at Suman Nagar.
The entire class was jam-packed with over 70 kids turning up.
